These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern the sale of apparel and lifestyle products by Minimoda through its website www.minimoda.in. By using this site to purchase merchandise, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.

Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes. Additional duties and customs charges may apply for international deliveries.

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹599 within India.
  • A convenience fee of ₹50 per shipment applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur. In case of a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be cancelled. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

Delivery

You will be presented with delivery options at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed on the order summary page.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not offer compensation for such delays.

Delivery will be attempted once. If the delivery fails due to unavailability, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to decline an order if:

  1. Payment authorization fails
  2. The product is out of stock or withdrawn

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy. Claims for damages or shortages will not be entertained once the product is accepted. Only manufacturing defects are eligible for returns.

Minimoda is not liable for delays or losses resulting from force majeure events such as strikes, floods, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for items in unused and original condition. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. To initiate an exchange, email us at minimoda.in.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Items must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Damages due to misuse are not eligible for exchange. Sale items and discounted products are not exchangeable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the content and products on the Minimoda website are the sole property of Minimoda.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
