What is the Shipping Philosophy of Minimoda?

What is the delivery time period?
- Orders within India are typically delivered within 5 - 10 working days.
- International orders are delivered within 10 - 15 working days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address.
- Please note: If there are any delivery-related issues, they must be reported within 72 hours of the order being marked as delivered. No investigations will be conducted after this period.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
- Within India: Free Express Shipping for both Prepaid and COD orders.
- COD Orders: A charge of Rs. 50 will apply for Cash on Delivery orders.
- International Shipping: Please contact us at minimoda.in for shipping charges outside India.
RETURN POLICY
Minimoda offers easy returns to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
- Return Window: You can return your order within 14 days after delivery.
- Reverse Pickup: Available for most pin codes for a charge of Rs. 100. For non-serviceable pin codes, you will need to self-ship the items.
- Condition of Items: In the interest of hygiene
